Do not bring ANYTHING here to be repaired. He “repairs” nothing, he solders everything. My little brother can do that. Are you telling me that a “jeweler” cannot put together a broken chain link?  I’ve certainly had it done before. That’s what real jewelers do. Ralph charges $75 to solder a silver chain for crying out loud.  There ought to be a law. That price is not for expertise, it’s for a blob on your jewelry that is difficult if not impossible to fix without shortening the chain.  Good grief!! Take it to Hope Jewelers at the mall. They at least discuss with you your options like all reputable businesses. I can’t believe what this guy gets away with. I would not trust him with my estate pieces, sell him my gold or buy a watch band off this man. To Ralph: Or Ms. Flynn. Shows what a dinosaur you are.
